After several years of close calls, Tracy Hines was finally able to capture the USAC National Midget title. By doing so, he joined an exclusive, prestigious group of drivers who’ve become USAC Triple Crown champions by winning the USAC Silver Crown, National Sprint and National Midget championships during their careers.
